Notice of Student Complaint Policy
Official Student-Facing Grievance Policy · Last updated: August 6, 2026
Dear Students,
Tradecraft holds a Certificate of Approval issued by the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). Our programs are approved by TWC.
If you have a concern about the school or any of its programs, please follow the grievance process described in the school catalog. Every student is provided a copy of this process and is entitled to have it explained by school staff. If you have not received this information, please notify school management right away.
If you are dissatisfied with the school's response to your complaint, or are unable to resolve the matter directly with the school, you may file a formal complaint with TWC.
Notice to Students
This policy outlines the official complaint and grievance procedures for Tradecraft Schools in accordance with Title 40, Texas Administrative Code, Section 807.301. Students have the right to a clear, documented path to raise concerns regarding their training, instructors, facilities, or administration without fear of retaliation.
The complete grievance process is detailed in the Tradecraft Schools Catalog. A copy of the catalog is delivered to every student upon enrollment and is available on campus at any time.
