The demand for qualified HVAC techs, electricians, and plumbers has never been higher, and it's not slowing down. AI can design a building. It can't crawl into a crawlspace and run conduit. These jobs can't be offshored, automated, or replaced. They pay well, they're essential, and there aren't enough people to fill them.

Why Tradecraft Exists
We saw people spending $80,000 to $100,000 on a four-year degree and not getting results. At the same time, skilled trade jobs were paying $60,000 a year right out of school, and there wasn't a line of people trying to get in.
That gap didn't make sense to us. 500,000 trade jobs sit open right now because there aren't enough skilled people to fill them. So we built a faster way in.
We started in San Antonio on purpose. It's a blue collar town, full of people who are ready to work and want something real. That's who Tradecraft is built for.
"Tradecraft is built for people who are ready to work in six weeks. Your entire direction can change."

We cut everything that doesn't matter.
Traditional trade programs are loaded with filler: general education requirements, electives, administrative padding. We stripped all of it. Every hour you're here, you're learning skills employers actually pay for.
Built for the Job Site
Designed by working tradespeople, not academics. Every hour maps to what employers are actually hiring for.
Hands On from Day One
No months of lectures before you touch a tool. Real equipment, real installs, real scenarios from your very first session.
Certifications Included
Tuition covers the industry certifications employers require. You leave with credentials in hand, not a promise to get them later.
Instructors Who've Been There
Every instructor has years in the field. They've run the jobs, dealt with the problems, and know exactly what it takes to work in the trades.
Small Classes, Real Attention
Small cohorts mean you're not lost in a crowd. Your instructors know your name and where you're at by week two.
Career Placement Support
We have relationships with local contractors who hire our graduates. We don't just hand you a diploma and wish you luck.
